Where processors are based outside the UK or EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions) in line with UK GDPR Chapter V requirements. Google LLC participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
VALERON retains your personal data for as long as you remain an active contact of the movement. This means we will continue to hold your details and send you relevant communications — including The Tribe newsletter, event invitations, and movement updates — until you actively request removal.
To have your data deleted and be removed from all VALERON mailing lists, simply send an email to admin@valeronmovement.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the name and email address you used when signing up. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days. Once removed, you will receive no further communications from VALERON.
You will not be charged for making a deletion request. We will not discriminate against you in any way for exercising this right.

Our website itself does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
